- We strive to make every build order the best that it can be. Though we use sturdy materials such as 2×4 frames and coated deck screws, we cannot guarantee your piece(s) will hold up to abuse. Everything made of wood eventually succumbs to weather and a piece of furniture can only hold up so much weight. We recommend taking good care of your furniture and using common sense. Please don’t dance on your bar top.
- We do not accept returns as facilitating the shipping and handling of returning large furniture would be a logistical nightmare. Your order is, however, insured for shipping and in the unlikely event your order is damaged we will try to work with you.
- We do not issue refunds on orders or deposits. We will, however, work with you as best we can to resolve any issues.
- Order estimates are subject to change based on order changes. If you want to add something to your order, expect your estimate to change accordingly.
- Estimated build times and order completion times are subject to change as we don’t allow orders to leave our shop before they are ready. We don’t take shortcuts or make cheap products. We value quality of construction and finish over speed. We are also a small operation and life changes may impact time estimates.
- Shipping times cannot be guaranteed as we have no control over the shippers themselves. We work with less-than-load (LTL) and “hotshot” truckers directly to get a reasonable shipping rate so your bar order estimate stays reasonably priced.
- No two bars or pieces look exactly the same. Wood is a natural product and we can’t control how the grain, texture, or final color looks. Your piece will truly be unique.
